What kind of companies do we invest in?
SaaS platforms with established products and happy (unrelated) customers.
We look for founders that have got their business to early PMF and decent ARR and need assistance taking it to the next level. We look specifically at international readiness and opportunity to launch in the UK and US markets within the 18 months of initial investment.
We focus on technology within construction and real estate. We’re building a portfolio that compliments each other and delivers combined value to shared customer profiles.
What’s the model?
We invest in companies at early and get to work. We want to accelerate growth to $20m + ARR over a 3-5 year period. We provide strong guidance and support followed by capital injections right on time, in line with their growth strategy and execution.
We’ve got a deeply experienced, sales focused partnership that deliver in-house sales and GTM training frameworks designed to speed up sales onboarding and ramp time - critical to rapid growth. By narrowing our focus to key customer profiles within the industries we invest, we are able to scale sales training and deliver higher quality SDR, BDR and AE resources faster and with shorter ramp times.
How do we operate within our investments?
We get in and drive alongside our founders. Each investment is led by a partner, who brings in the rest of the partnership as and when required. We also sit on the board, or establish and chair it.
We like to ensure we are able to provide strong guidance and have the ability to implement strategy to take our investments to the next level.
What is a typical investment timeline?
We aim to hold investments for 3-5 years depending on how quickly the business matures into a US led Series A.
The fund will pay out as and when investments are divested.
