What do operating partners do?
Partners lead deals and bring the team in to support as required. It is your job to guide the business with the support of the broader partnership.
What is the commitment?
Generally 3-5 years depending on the cycle of the business.
What’s the deal?
You’re getting engagement and exposure to all companies in the group. You get to play a fundamental role in an investment that you’re leading, but tap into the rest of the group as we grow businesses alongside each other.
When can I start?
