VentureOn Partners Bolsters Proptech and Contech Presence with Acquisition of Story Bridge Ventures Pty Ltd

VentureOn Partners, a private investment group specialising in SaaS companies with mission-critical products, is excited to announce its acquisition of Story Bridge Ventures Pty Ltd (SBV), an Australian-based private company with a focus on SaaS investments, particularly in the dynamic proptech and contech sectors.

This strategic move is poised to solidify VentureOn Partners' position in the rapidly expanding proptech (Property Technology) and contech (Construction Technology) sectors. Proptech revolutionises property-related processes through technology, while contech enhances construction efficiency, quality, safety, and sustainability through innovation.

The consolidated entity boasts an ever-growing portfolio of exciting technology platforms, focused in on the rapidly growing proptech and contech verticals. These include machine learning, big data, cloud computing, smart devices and more.
